We are creating an easy-to-use platform that connects carriers with passengers. Clear routes, transparent prices, no more digging through dozens of different carrier websites that do not even serve your route.
MapLink - means standardization and synchronization of all elements related to completing an order, as well as alignment with legal requirements (Mobility Package, tachographs, reports).
MapLink - will be a particularly important part of the work of newly established transport companies, which will not have to spend tens or hundreds of thousands of PLN on online advertising just to be found, while the entry threshold will be almost invisible. It is enough to register, present your fleet, certificates, licenses and the list of serviced regions and schedule.
MapLink - a new, revolutionary digital privacy standard. None of the other passengers, nor the driver, will ever see your personal data.
MapLink - no more monthly or weekly settlements - you do not wait for your funds. Your money should work for you. Settlement based on a SPLIT model with a commission on the ticket price.

How MapLink will work
Simple idea - one place where you see rides from different carriers, routes, times, compare dates, price and reviews, and then book a seat like in a regular app (in the future it will be a Progressive Web App (PWA)). You do not have to install anything. In short - the website looks and behaves like an app.
The top priority is GDPR and a modern, pioneering digital identity verification system - when boarding, the driver (or vehicle staff) will never call out your personal data (apart from your first name). Why? Because no one will have access to it, except the platform headquarters. This means no one will be reading your data from a sheet of paper - especially in front of strangers (for example other customers), blatantly violating the rules in this area.
In addition to GDPR, a key priority is caring for the environment. The goal is, among other things, to prevent so-called empty runs, which generate not only economic but also ecological losses. In the long run we will reward carriers who use electrified fleets.
Why MapLink is being created
Today, to find a reasonable ride, you have to browse dozens of websites, make phone calls, send messages and ask friends. MapLink is meant to organize this - in one place we will show available rides, free seats and carrier reviews.
You enter where you want to go from and to, plus the date. MapLink shows available minibus rides, including door-to-door options.
You check travel time, departure time, price and reviews. You immediately see who is driving on your route.
You book a seat like a plane or train ticket. You receive a confirmation with carrier details and trip information. In the future - a QR code that the driver will scan.
Later, just a few clicks are enough to repeat the same route without looking for phone numbers from a few months back.
Why change anything at all
Both the domestic / transfer market and the market of minibus rides between Poland and countries like the Netherlands are large but fragmented. Every carrier has their own website, their own price list, rules and their own style of communication, booking and dispute resolution. The passenger loses time searching and comparing offers and is often passed from carrier to carrier, with unexpected transfers along the way. We are organizing this for you.
